PLEASE if you’re a patient CHECK your STATEMENTS!!! Because I don’t know a business that charges a late fee for paying your bill before it’s due!!!! SO make sure NEVER to pay your bill the month before cause you will receive a late charge on the 2nd of the month. WRONG ..
My experience with Dr. Bruno and his staff have been nothing short of wonderful. I had to come in to replace a retainer that my dog had chewed up. They got me in right away and started the impressions. I came back 6 weeks later for a followup, where Dr Bruno took more impressions and had me come back to get permanent retainers placed behind my teeth so that my gap wouldn't open again. I find it odd that this place has a 5 star review. My 8 year old left with wires poking her on BOTH sides. She isn't a complainer so i found out when she was crying in the middle of the night! The on call number is a total joke!!!! I called several times and nobody answers. I also paid $3000 via debit and had $500 remaining but I received a bill stating that I was in default. Dr. Bruno may be great but the office staff and ortho assistants are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
De bruno was so nice to me helped me out with everything I have missing teeth made me a holly I didn’t like the way it looked and he did t charge me for it but I just had to get use to it u can’t even tell there’s fake teeth on it
