FRONT DESK IS REALLY RUDE. I CALLED FROM A DR'S OFFICE & RECEIVED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DEAR FRONT DESK LADY, PLEASE RETIRE YOU SOUND LIKE YOU HATE YOUR JOB, DID NOT EVEN SAY BYE SHE JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
After a quick examination Dr. Friedman felt Narcolepsy was the likely caused to my symptoms. He gave me a prescription and scheduled a sleep study to confirm his suspicious. The first 5 days on the medication I felt like a normal person again for the first time in many years. Day 6 things took a turn. I started have serious side effects from the medication. I called and was told by an extermly rude lady that Dr. Friedman had said to stop taking then and he wouldn't help with with any other options but to go to the sleep stud... read more

I was misdiagnosed for my brain tumor. He said I had carpal tunnel syndrome. I was well aware of carpal tunnel symptoms from working in office environments. He didn't even request a CT scan or MRI. I even stated that to him I found my brain tumor 8 months later when I had a tonic seizure. All other reviews stating his bedside manner are 100% accurate.
Dr Friedman has got to be one of the driest, Uncaring doctor that I’ve ever Met.
