The exam was great. I wasn't sure I'd like having a remote exam, but it worked beautifully -- if you are just getting a prescription updated and having a checkup, it's a great way to do it. If it's your first time or you have a medical problem, you CAN see a live doctor certain days of the week. But they show you ads for the attached Pearle Vision Center between phases of the exam, and you can't turn them off or mute them the whole way. I may not come back just because of that.
