A rare, highly skilled doctor who practices in Pasadena taking care of our medical needs. Great personality, vast knowledge of the most updated information. He truly is one of the kind doctors who could be practicing anywhere but chose to be with us in the tri city. The staff are equally nice and helpful.
I needed to get my liver examined. I waited 3 months for my visit to the doctor, which was scheduled for August 5th. The next day I have a business trip scheduled. I fly to another state. Today someone from the office called me and said that my visit was rescheduled for August 7th, because the doctor will not be coming to the office on August 5th. I explained my situation, but the response was that they were absolutely not interested. Plus I was told that if I didn't show up I would still have to pay for the Visit. Terrible ... read more
Someone named Kelly called me and told me I can’t see the doctor because my labs are too old but never once did they called me and told that before. Until now? Now they changed my appointment for like 6 months from now. Very unprofessional, this girl name kelly?
Worst office employees ever They canceled my appointment after waiting for three months that office manager supposedly forgot to put my information in and suddenly decided that she cannot accept my medical anymore I highly recommend find another doctor and don’t waste your time zero star -100
