Great doctor. Everyone is always really helpful. They also move fast so you won’t be waiting long in the waiting room.
Worst service I have had in any medical office. Went in two months ago for wn optometrist appt due to some floaters I had kny my eye. First off the exam room was dirty. I had a telehealth call with an optometrist, was never told no actual optometrist would be present. I went along because I was already there. After the exam they told me I needed to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist and needed a referral. Great Dr.! Felt at home and answered all my questions. Highly recommend to family and friends.
Major disappointment coming here. The vibe was a let down. From the moment I walked in I got no acknowledgement and no friendly smile. So customer service BAD. When I was to sign in all they had were highlighters to sign in. Had to ask for a pen. When I was done, I had to ask where I can sit. Was told to go in some little dirty room and sat there for 35mins until I gave up and asked to cancel appointment. No apology and no explanation. All BAD.
