Their service is aweful. They open at 10:00 a.m. and you call and their answering service is still on. As a doctor, he may have been good in his day, but now he leaves a great deal to be desired. We cannot get the answers to a biopsy that was done. It is understandable that he deals with this everyday, but for someone that had cancer 12 years ago and there is the chance that it showed up again, you want his feedback and a course of action.
