The best caring, compassionate, attentive physician I’ve ever seen and known. Easy to contact and I highly recommend to anyone.
I am completely saddened to write this review. I have stressed to the Doctor for over a year of my rectal bleeding. Over and over, I was told not to worry. That I was too young and it couldn't be cancer. After a year or so of complaining, the doctor finally decided that I should get a colonoscopy done. Came back that I have stage 3 colorectal cancer. I am just beyond devastated of the lack of patient care from this doctor. He failed me as my doctor.
Dr. Yao is an excellent provider. I had been suffering from headaches for several months and needed a referral to a headache specialist. Dr. Yao took the time to listen to my concerns, acknowledged what I was going through, and treated me with compassion( as a person, not just a patient). He promptly sent the referral, followed up on it, and even started me on an alternative treatment plan while I waited to see the specialist. Don’t let the negative reviews mislead you Dr. Yao is a caring and attentive physician.
Very knowledgeable and respectful Doctor he is always treated me with care and not one time he was wrong about a question i asked. Also the staff is amazing too they always go above and behind for their patients. Thank you!
