Dr. Yao is an excellent provider. I had been suffering from headaches for several months and needed a referral to a headache specialist. Dr. Yao took the time to listen to my concerns, acknowledged what I was going through, and treated me with compassion( as a person, not just a patient). He promptly sent the referral, followed up on it, and even started me on an alternative treatment plan while I waited to see the specialist. Don’t let the negative reviews mislead you Dr. Yao is a caring and attentive physician.
Very knowledgeable and respectful Doctor he is always treated me with care and not one time he was wrong about a question i asked. Also the staff is amazing too they always go above and behind for their patients. Thank you!
Dr Yao is very nice but, the overall quality of care is middle tier. Based off the people I have to talk to on the phone, it’s terrible, actually meeting with dr Yao is great. Been hung up on after being put on hold 2 times today I genuinely feel like my health has been screwed by their lack of urgency
