Worst service. Sent my referral and had an appt booked for over 6 months. Spelt my name wrong on every call, message and email. Less than 24 hours before my appointment the doctor cancelled my appointment and told me he doesn't see patients with Pots syndrome. Would have been nice to have been told that sooner instead of wasting my time and money. If it had been an emergency then what would I have done right?
Dr Lee is always very kind and take time to explain everything. Exceptional care
