Dr. Lovegren Disingenuous Not Thorough 030224 I had issues with her practice, specifically with David Bolshoun, Edith Lovegren. Bolshoun was strongly antagonistic about my requests for regular lab work, use of supplements, and my holistic method of effectively treating my chronic illness. She supported him. Very disappointed considering all the wonderful reviews & I am sure she probably is a good doctor. But so disappointed by my experience. There was confusion as to my appt time (first), got there at 3:30, turns out I missed the appt that was for 9:30, did not receive their previous day phone call (turned out they called my cell - not my primary number). I've known Dr. Lovegren since 2002, when I was a brand new nurse on the med-surg floor. She's was so great to work with, and I saw the way she treated patients, so I knew that I wanted her to be my PCP -- and the PCP for my entire family. She's been great over the years, and has really taken care of all of us when things get rough and the inevitable body part(s) break down. She's warm and no-nonsense at the same time. I have been looking for an good Doctor for a long time. They seem to more and more rare. Dr. Lovegren is the real deal. I love her honesty, approach and candor. It may take a while to get in the first time...so just set up you appointment and it is worth the wait. Once you are in, you will be seen. Highly recommend. You will have an advocate on your side. ✌🎯
