Unacceptable Dental Treatment: The dentist blocked/sealed my interdental space (the gap between my teeth) with composite resin. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to when it comes to communication and time management. At one appointment last year, I arrived and was told they don’t know who scheduled me but I was not due for a cleaning and would have to come back. Seems like something that would be helpful to check when you ask me to make an appointment claiming I am due? Crazy enough, that was the shortest amount of time I’ve wasted at this office. I strongly do not recommend taking children here. Three weeks ago, we came in for X-rays and were told there were two cavities that needed fillings, so we scheduled an appointment . When we arrived, the nurse said the previous X-rays were unclear and needed to be retaken entirely. Then Dr. Kim said there were actually five cavities, and that two of them were so severe they might need to be extracted. This office has serious issues with time management, communication, and basic professionalism. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM and waited until 1:00 PM without ever being called. When I asked the front desk for an update, I was told “soon,” with no real explanation. Why am I making an appointment if I’m still expected to wait two hours with no communication? Years later they are still not communicating with each other getting appointments and waiting 2 hrs before they tell you wrong building go next door, ask me what we're doing today, because they don't know what we're doing today 😭
