I had a very disappointing experience as a new patient. I completed all of my new patient paperwork the day before my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I arrived early at 3:50 PM. I sat in the waiting room for approximately an hour without being seen and without anyone giving me an update. I strongly do not recommend taking children here. Three weeks ago, we came in for X-rays and were told there were two cavities that needed fillings, so we scheduled an appointment . When we arrived, the nurse said the previous X-rays were unclear and needed to be retaken entirely. Then Dr. Kim said there were actually five cavities, and that two of them were so severe they might need to be extracted.
