Dr. Benavides is a wonderful doctor, however, the staff at his Old Braun location are very rude (JoAnne) and uncaring about the patients. JoAnne has totally ruined my opinion about this office. She is very rude and condescending. She refused to provide me with a document I signed, saying she shredded it. This is unacceptable behavior for a health care provider as no documents belonging to a patient should be discarded without their knowledge. Dr is the most personable Dr I have ever neen treated by. He always knows his patients by name and has a very high degree of professionalism.
