What was the point of booking an appointment for 9:15 am when we did not get called in Untill 10:30 am When i called to book in the appointment i was told that if u come in at 9:15 u will be done by 10:30 since this appointment is gonna take an hour. Please respect next person’s time! Wasted my hour and half, so disappointed On top of that receptionist shows attitude when u go to her to ask how much more time it will take 🤨

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic during my IRCC medical exam. The service was extremely slow — I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before anything even started. More concerning, however, was the lack of proper assessment. My vision was recorded as 20/20, even though no actual eyesight test was conducted. After seeing Dr. Arcia for over 16 years, I am deeply disappointed and can no longer tolerate this kind of care. After waiting 1.5 hours, my appointment lasted barely 1 minute and was not a medical assessment at all. Instead of being examined or helped, I was met with anger and raised voices for simply seeking a specialist’s opinion for my ongoing shoulder injury. My fiancée has been treated so poorly by this doctor. It’s very frustrating and so sad to hear what she experiences with him. He does not care for his patients and should without a doubt have his licence suspended or removed indefinitely.
