Professional approach. Caring.
I don't know about the professionalism of this doctor, but his office is terrible. I haven't been able to get an appointment with him for almost a year. They gave me my first appointment only six months later! Then they moved it up a couple of months. A week before the appointment, they urgently moved the date to a time when I was on vacation.
