I very much agree with all the unhappy patients of Dr. Edgar Lau. My appointment was 5 minutes after a wait of 50 minutes over the time of the appointment - no excuses from him or the secretary. I am also totally unhappy with the behaviour of Dr. Edgar Lau during the time, 5-8 minutes spent with him. I am not sure at all about the next appointment and his findings. I will probably look for a phone conversation. I hope we never met.
Dr Lau as a specialist have no professionalism to be be patient to listen to my concerns and every time when I see him then he finishes in 5 to 8 minutes max and he is very RUD. .no clear conversation about my symptoms and if you complain about it then keep sending you for the CT scan without explaining anything about the results.unfortunately I don’t recommend him to anybody whom concern about his or her lung or the respiratory issues.
Be aware of the receptionist. Better record what she says. ie Appointment time and type (phone vs in person). She will deny.
