Sometimes it’s hard to know what to believe when reading online reviews. While I feel terrible for anyone who has had a negative experience, I can honestly say that my recent visit was completely different. From my experience, the clinic is under new management, and the positive changes are noticeable. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I don't recomend, since I had an appointment at 3:15, but got seen after two hours of waiting. While I was waiting I remember being on the hallway and seeing two nurses in a room chismeando, one laying on a bed, stomach out, not ashamed at all. Me and my husband was tired of waiting and started to walk out, thats when the nurse all panicked apologyzed, said they were on a meeting. I accompanied my wife to her appointment and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made us both feel comfortable. The doctor was caring, took the time to answer our questions, and provided excellent care. Highly recommend!
