Appointment supposed to be at 9@m. Scheduled over a month ago. Is 10:30@m and still waiting to be checked by tha Dr. charged upfront. First visit and they are already late. Not looking Good.
I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Martorell. The receptionist and medical assistant were warm, welcoming, and thorough. Dr. Martorell was personable, asked thoughtful questions about my health and medications, and conducted a careful examination. I wasn’t rushed, all staff right until the very last person interacted with a friendly disposition. I’m grateful for his professional insight and the excellent care provided by him and his staff.
