I'm giving Dr. Simon the lowest rating as it has nothing to do with him being a good physician. It all has to do with the the wait time. I think it is very inconsiderate and disrespectful to have your patients wait four plus hours just to see you for maybe 30 minutes. Dr. Simon has been my primary care physician for the last seven years and there was only one time when I was afforded an opportunity to see him within one hour of my appointment time. The staff are very rude and doesn't listen to patients concerns. I called 5 times to get a refill to send to the correct pharmacy and still not listening. They send it to the pharmacy I specifically telling them not to send it to. These staff are very unprofessional. They refuse to listen instead they placed on hold and never come back to the phone. These staff need to be retrained in customer service.

He makes you wait a minimum of an hour to see him. They don't warn you at all that you will be seeing the doctor hours after your scheduled appointment. They just get you up here and make you sit. I've been waiting already for an hour and a half and this doctor has 2 patients before me. The doctor is jovial once he comes in, but at that point you already feel disrespected and annoyed on top of whatever ailment you're dealing with that brought you to his office. If you care about your time, I wouldn't use this doctor.
