Old School customer support and honesty! I went there for door speakers (2014 Mustang w/Shaker System) and listened as Eddie took care of a random customer in his store. The customer thought he needed a new HDMI cable, but Eddie informed him that he needed an adaptor and gave him instructions how to get it for free from their service provider. As for my speakers, we went out to the car to hear the 'damage'. It only took Eddie a second to realize that I didn't need new speakers and told me how to isolate the vibration/rattle ... read more

There customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with..have spent several thousand on stereo and speakers and amp. stereo is all waked out, they don't keep appointments to fix and wont call you bask.Im going to the owner...
