I called just minutes ago to see if they accepted patients on ODSP and was told yes. Than there was a weird pause and was told actually to just wait and would see if they did or not as they had chamged their mind they weren't sure anymore. I than got passed to another person to be told that I could be put on a waiting list but wouldn't be able to take me at the this time. I have seen plenty of dentists and dental teams in my lifetime… None even come close to this team or this Dentist!
Been a patient for over a decade. Can’t get in for appointments when I need to book them. Dentistry took on too many clients and never has availability. Lack of online booking is a good negative too. Dime a dozen
