Excellent.
I Arrived to the appointment 15 minutes earlier to fill the forms and was ready for the time of the appointment. Still, had to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes and 15 more minutes in the examination room. Next, I had a test in another facility. The results were ready the next day, but this doctor's office sat on the results for 16 days. I had three calls with the office to get the results. Another test that the office needs to get authorization and schedule is delayed for 26 days now.
The secretary that is there is rude and very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for my mom. She drove there an was there on time to only find out the doctor was not in. Instead of an apology when I called to see how this would happen, she was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me telling me the doctor was not in that day.
