I saw Dr Carter at Bayview Physicians. Unfortunately ahe is no longer there and she doesn't accept my insurance. She is very smart and knows her medicine. She explains things in a way so that you' ll understand. She is very knowledgeable. Dr Carter I miss you so much. I haven't found anyone that I feel could even replace her.
I love the genuine interest and focused attention I always get during my visits. I feel very comfortable talking with Dr. Carter; she listens and dialogues with me. She always encourages and challenges me to take control of my well-being. 5+
Dr. Carter is amazing. She was wonderful bedside manner, takes her time with you and explains the condition well. When I have my kids with me she interacts with them and she always orders tests when needed. I've never left feeling like I wasn't listened to or just given a prescription to get me out of the office. She's very thorough and I'm glad I found her. This is the type of doctor you follow if she moves to another office!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Carter since we moved to the area eight years ago. She is phenomenal! She listens, she suggests, she makes moves as needed and genuinely cares for her patients. Absolutely wonderful!

Dr Carter is a listener. She hears you and directs your complaint to the appropriate person to get you back on your feet asap, and will follow up on your issues. Friendly, educated and compassionate.
I saw Dr Carter because my Dr. Was gone four months, and she agreeded to see her patients.. I had a pap done that came back positive... But the lab said it was done wrong and they didn't have enough cells to be sure... I called Dr Carters office and she at that time was a closed practice ... But was seeing patients from my PCP, she was gentle, very nice and took her time to do another pap, correctly! I felt safe with her! My pap came back negative!!! I just wish I could switch to her...
I have been with Dr. Carter and her wonderful nurse for quite a few years now. I was just needing a PCP, called the office and was setup with her for an appointment. I could not have been luckier. Dr. Carter is an absolute professional, and so caring. I feel comfortable telling her any concerns; and she listens and response. She has a great bedside manner and I never feel rushed. She is amazing
