I have been going to Dr. Kapoor for a very long time. Ever since she started at Family Physicians of Chesapeake. She knows our family and history very well. I could not believe the way that I was treated by her today. She had zero compassion or empathy. I have tolerated her coldness because she was a good doctor even if she was not very friendly. However, the disrespect she showed me today shows her true character.
