This clinic needs to work on its professionalism. It felt like certain patients were being prioritized over others, which is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and reliable care.
I had a very disappointing experience with this Dr. Ebenezer K.Odoom . My appointment was canceled without any notice, which was extremely inconvenient. I took time out of my schedule, only to find out at the last minute that my visit was no longer happening. To make matters worse, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, treating me with a lack of respect and fairness. Terrible experience. They canceled my appointment without telling me, and when I arrived, I was met with rude and dismissive service. Very unprofessional.
The new office staff is execllent nakeisha the front desk lady return the phone call on a referral that I need change . I am please with this type of Service & ps if this was the previous office worker that was there I would have to call 20 times with no answer & that would force me into the office when they could of just provide the service that the new office worker nakeisha did today.
