Their receptionist is quiet. Not friendly or warm. She’s not patient at all with people that can’t speak english properly and that don’t know how the eye exam process. People need a better explanation if they’re waiting for 2-3 hours for eye exam to be completed and not be condescending towards clients. If you lose your prescription and need another copy it will be $10 for two pieces of paper even if you had an eye exam at this same location.
