A burner on my viking rangetops failed to light properly. The technician repaired the ignition mechanism. All burners function as expected now.
The internal problem was repaired by Thermador appliance repair. Operation is stable again.
Cooking was frustrating because my Viking rangetops displayed uneven flame sizes. The technician balanced the flame output and carefully adjusted the burners. Heat control feels accurate and reliable since the repair. The pleasure of cooking has returned.
Repair of GE Monogram freezers was also superb. The technician realized that there was a problem with the internal processor fans and promptly repaired it. There is no longer a problem with puddles and goods are kept solid in the freezer. I feel content with the way I am served today.
My stove was not warming up, and I called Wolf repair. The technician came in an hour later and found a faulty igniter which was changed. The stove now performs well. Wolf is my number one choice because it is competent, timely, and reasonable
