Absolutely the most professional experience an individual can have. From booking appointment to showing up on time, the Doctor and staff were ready when I arrived. Surgery was utterly painless prescriptions called in promptly. Truly a professional organization.
Dr. Ean James' bedside manner is atrocious. Just look up the reviews for yourself and you'll see dozens of awful reviews on other websites if you look up his name. I asked him a simple question before he extracted my tooth. I asked which numbing agent they would use and he answered Novocaine. But then he asked with an attitude: "why did you ask me that?" as if I shouldn't have questions for something I've never had done before.
