I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I came from overseas and asked her to enter my children’s immunisation records from Turkey into Medicare. I provided the paperwork and was told that this would be done. Unfortunately, the records were entered incompletely, and I was not contacted to let me know that vaccinations were missing or that my children needed to come back for catch-up vaccinations. Dr Ozme has been our Family doctor for over 25 years, Always has been caring, polite and helpful with all of our health issues.
Dr Ozme is a warm and knowledgeable doctor and is one of the few who still offer bulk billing. She is a wonderful lady who genuinely cares about her patients.
