Until few year ago it was a very good clinic either with or without appointment. Last year or two clinic became greedy and prioritize walk-in patients for travel vaccinations and services not covered by Health OHIP. Clinic earn $100-$200 in no time. Regular patients have to wait for hours, doctor is verbally abusive and tell patients you are lucky to have a doctor. Very unprofessional.
We recently switched to this doctor for our son’s care and went in for a routine physical. After the check-up, I asked a simple, reasonable question about my son’s height and weight. Instead of addressing it, the doctor said he was too busy, that he doesn’t have time to repeat himself if it had already been discussed, and that we should book another appointment in 2–3 months as a family. Dallas the receptionist was awesome! So funny and sweet. Dr. Ebrahim was great also. He gave my husband and I our Meningitis vaccinations for Hajj. ♥️ Thanks :)
