I had a repeat prescription denied so had a phone medication review. I was told I shouldn't be on this medication long term I was then asked why I was taking them, surely my notes should have been looked at before the call was made. I requested a repeat prescription 6 days ago and it still hasn't been authorised and the pharmacy ask that we give 7 days notice. My husband was prescribed medication by a hospital consultant but the surgery have seen fit to stop it. Very unsatisfactory.

If I could give them minus five stars, I would. I was left on hold for 57 minutes and even went to the surgery—still on the phone—just to show them I’d been waiting, only to find staff sitting behind the desk not answering any calls. When I arrived, I was told that calls end at 6 PM—even though I had called at 5:30. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for six months, only to be repeatedly told to call back in a couple of weeks. Looking for a poorly organised surgery, with communication issues and the most apathetic doctors you could ever wish to meet? Then this is the place for you! Seriously- the docs wouldn't look less interested if they were sat there flicking through a newspaper.

Shambles. Rarely answers the phone and often cut off when you get through for no reason.
