I recently had what I consider an emergency. As Dr Jones had said to me, if you need me call the office. I did just that. One of his ever so kind staff members advised me that perhaps I needed to go to the emergency room which they are trained to do as protocol. I said to the nurse "Dr Jones knows what he is doing". I thought for a moment do I go to the ER and take a chance on getting someone who doesn't know my 17 yr history with Dr Jones God forbid and possibly get someone who has to go on Google to possibly look up how to... read more

My husband’s ear is now worse than before after Dr. Jones worked to clean it. Much pain was involved. Two weeks post visit his hearing is worse, much worse. Would not recommend him to anyone.
Thankful for a Dr who researches for himself and does not settle for the status quo. FLCCC.
