The doctors are on time and there is plenty of them , they are verry busy , I've had two doctors from there and they are thorough . If you need to see the nurse there , she is great , I had a blood test she got it on the first go , 20 out of ten , she is verry good at her job ,just positive experience from me , well done keep up the good work
When at first I went there I found the reception staff to be a bit unpleasant. I have been going there for a few years now, Doctors Todd, Grove and Blagg are really good and friendly (especially Dr. Blagg). All the nurses are great, love them all. The reception staff are a little better but could be nicer. It doesn't cost much to smile and speak to someone nicely (not speak down to a patient). Sometimes I think the Covid situation has gone to there heads. It comes across like bullying.
Happy with Doctors but have had a couple of negative experience with nurses when it comes to children checks. After my daughter had her vaccinations I was feeding her to calm her down she was half undressed and the nurse told me to go and sit in the waiting room. I had to stop feeding my baby and I used the chair in the room to redress her as I didn't want to put her on the floor to do it in the waiting room. Rude dogs
I had a telehealth with Dr Blagg as I have cold symptoms and had severe dental pain. My face was also swollen and I only had 1 hour of sleep night before and felt miserable. Since I am low on $$$, I have to go to community dental clinic and my appointment is next Wednesday. She only provided me with minimal help and refused to give me anything for the pain, even for 1-2 nights so I can actually get some sleep.
