Please please find another provider, unless you enjoy having your symptoms minimized and ignored. Its hard being a woman with a debilitating chronic illness that is not taken seriously. I had Dr Lulic “scold” me for wasting his time when requesting EDD for my chronic migraines. Not only did he scold me in the office, after i left the office in tears, he called me on my way home to again tell me he was not my neurologist secretary. I’m writing this as a patient’s daughter since my mom normally never does these things but unfortunately our experience with Dr. Lulic has been very disappointing. Appointments always feel rushed, and it never seems like enough time is taken to truly listen to my parent’s concerns or explain things properly. It’s also uncomfortable to witness the way staff members are treated in the office, which creates an unprofessional environment overall. I normally do not wright reviews however, it is a pleasure to do so. Of the many doctors I have had in this area Dr.Lulic is by far the most professional, caring and sincerest. He often recommends different options. During appointments he does not have his hand on the door handle while you are describing/going over your concerns. He listens patiently. Great staff.
Not the worst, but not good. I've been under Dr Lulics care for over 3 years now and have yet to hear from him, ever. I was just hospitalized with an injury, and not only have I not been able to see my doctor, but the PA treats treat me like a drug seeking patient, even though I broke 5 bones in my back. No follow up whatsoever and no offer, literally no care. Why exactly do I even have a doctor if they don't actually care about their patients? Dr Dzenan Lulic, NP Zohra Damawand, and the team are worth every penny! I had a medical issue for over 10 years where numerous other doctors blamed it on age, diet, or smoking. Dr Lulic didn't assume what the problem was and sent me off for some testing. And like a doctor should do, based on the testing results, referred me to specialists to lock-in the problem.
