Thrilled with my experience at Dr. Lai’s office. The staff made me feel right at home. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, which really helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. Lai is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure in detail, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I'm really pleased with the service provided by Dr Lai. He is professional, knowledgeable and very cheerful. The dental office is very clean and well equipped. He was very careful during the bonding procedure I did with him and made sure that what he was doing fit my preferences.
I am someone who is super afraid of going to the dentist since young. And would only drag myself to the dentist if I had a toothache... But after seeing Dr. Lai I feel a lot more comfortable getting filling. He never rushes and would explain every step to you. He’s also super patient and gentle with his technique. (Can barely feel the needle !!!) If anyone is gonna touch my teeth it will only be Dr. Lai! Definitely recommend him!
