I was apprehensive at first when told that my primary Dr Jerry was unavailable for my appointment but I could see Dr Dylan or reschedule my appt. Whoever the receptionist is needs to do better. She hangs up before you can ask her a damn question. Literally mid sentence and she will end the call. Did this to me, I had my husband call and she did the same thing to him
