Dr. Olney corrected my deviated septum with sinus surgery and treats my sinus and allergy issues. He is very patient, has excellent bedside manner, explains what he is doing so you feel comfortable, shows patient professionalism, and he is very intelligent. He takes the time to answer questions and I feel very happy to have him as my ENT. He truly cares about his patients and is a skilled doctor. I am a happy patient.

High pressure, used car salesmen vibes. Wanted to perform surgery IN the office immediately, while I was awake. Charged my insurance for a procedure every time I went. Refused to forward my records and head CT when I asked for a second opinion. Shady practice for sure. Felt like he was using me to buy a vacation home.

Dr. Olney would not recommend a 2nd MRI after my surgery to see if inflammation was gone and treatment worked. I talked to other people that had sinus surgery and they said a 2nd MRI after their surgery was recommended and standard practice. Kathy from their finance department said they do not provide the costs for treatments upfront to their patients. How does a patient know what to expect and if they can afford it? And it took two months for their office to get approval from Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I highly recommend Dr. Dwayne Capper and his staff. He was caring, professional, friendly and informative. All of my questions and concerns were answered. From the first office visit through entire thyroidectomy and follow up visit I have had no complaints. The office staff have been friendly, courteous, and helpful. The wait times were minimal.

I can not say enough about this amazing doctor. He has been wonderful and helpful in what has been an exhausting 8 months of illness for me. My only regret is that I didn't seek his expertise sooner! He did an excellent job on my sinus surgery and has been great to work with in the recovery process too.

DR OLNEY LISTENED ATTENTIVELY AS I EXPLAINED MY SYMTOMS, HAVING COME TO HIS OFFICE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN EXTREME DISTRESS HE OFFERED A PLAN OF CARE WHICH HAS HELPED CONSIDERABLY, WE, CONTINUE TO EXPLORE OPTIONS AS MY CONDITION CONTINUES TO BE PAINFUL.

Dr Capper was able to correct my deviated septum that has been a problem for many years. I can finally breathe they my nose, thanks to him.

Dr.Simpson performed my tonsilectomy.after my surgery I had some complications & had to deal Dr.Capper who is HORRIBLE!!!! His bedside manner is atrocious, he was the on call doctor and when I told him the pain I was experiencing he verbatim YELLED at me to "Suck it up!" He said "You're 25 years old, you were told this would be a long recovery, and I need to just take my ibuprofen and deal with the pain." Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

I have felt belittled by Dr. Capper. He was condescending and rude. He continued to tell me to lose weight and this would help me with my sleep apnea. I have made great progress with my weight loss. His unprofessional comments were cruel and unnecessary. I didn't appreciate the fact that he would talk about my issues while opening the door to the room I was in , while another patient 's door was open. So the other patients heard what Dr. Capper was saying about my private medical issues.
