My mom's physician. Accompanied my mom to the doctor. Dr. Friday was very attentive, answered multiple questions and came up with solutions. He is very kind, positive and knowledgeable.
After being a patient for aver a year I have seen a drastic drop in the quality of service provided to patients by the staff that is employed at the Chelsea office. When it come to prescription refills, it seems that the people on the phone have no idea of why they are doing to where the patient is further overburdened by having to become an unnecessary intermediary between doctor’s office and the online prescription provider.
