Dr Steele always had time to listen and answer my questions. He was very knowledgable and sensitive to my needs. Where is he practicing now?
I made an appt via zocdoc. The appt was confirmed. I filled out paperwork online. I get a text the day of the appointment that says my appt is canceled. I can & sit on hold for 15 mins only to be transferred to a mailbox. I call back & finally speak to someone who tells me that their zocdoc isn't updated so oh well. Im sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. It's absurd to waste people's time like this
