Had a great experience with staff and md.
I've been a patient since 2016 when he n Dr. Labault( neurology) came to give me some results from a T.I.A ( small stroke ) n had some tests done. Hes' a great listener n gives you the correct DX n gives you guidance on how to get a great result of your medical issues. I've recommended friends of mine and they are very satisfied with the spine issues of cervical n spine issues. I dont ever write reviews but this doctors office is the worst. I wont be going back for the follow up.
Dr. Steven Dutcher is the best spine surgeon around. period. I have suffered long term chronic neck pain, several failed surgeries with other "green" neurosurgeons that just got out of medical school. In fact, I've seen 17 other doctors including, surgeons (both neuro and ortho) several pain management doctors with dozens of (failed) injections, several physical therapists, anything for the neck, been there and done that etc. All of these doctors were unsuccessful because they look at your scans and don't see anything wrong,... read more
Great doctor, but the office is a nightmare. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t send the prescription to imaging, they argue about referrals. It took them 4 weeks to send the fax for an X-ray prescription to imaging, claiming their fax machine wasn’t working. They can ruin a doctor’s business.
