Dr Ballard was an artist. As I had a complex tear of the ear. From mtn bike accident. Present, clear consciousness. And did a rock solid stitch job. In a challenging location. With considerable swelling to navigate. And did so with aplomb snd ease. I am so indebted. He even called me to check in this morning.

Dr. Ballard was very kind, polite, clear and efficient. He didn't seem to be in big hurry although the ER was busy. Jose and Nina were very kind as well.
