Probably my worst experience at a doctor's office. I recently moved here from out of state and came to this doctor's office because it was close to my house.The doctor came across as rude from the moment she walked in the door. I left rather upset and in tears. Can't say I'll ever be going back. Time to find a new doctor.
I called in the morning to request an appointment or primary care. I was told that I did not need an appointment and I should walk-in as urgent care. When I arrived as a walk-in, I was told that I would be unable to discuss maintenance medications on the urgent care side. When I attempted to re-schedule, there are no primary care appointments after 5pm weekdays or at all on weekends.
