Dr. Portella is absolutely THE BEST dermatologist I have ever been to!!!! I have stage 3 melanoma cancer and I am 3 months pregnant. My diagnosis is serious, and trying to find the right team of doctors is absolutely CRUCIAL. He was truly AMAZING!!!! I wrote a previous review highly recommending Dr. Portela as being the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen but I want to add that if you’re thinking of laser please don’t go to a med spa, trust me on this one. I was burned and have scarring. Only go to an MD that knows what your skin can tolerate and the proper settings. Dr. Portla has been working on my pain and will help with my scarring. Stay away from those spas, go to a MD!
