TERRIBLE. I never leave reviews, but he brushes you off and does not provide adequate care. Blames patients and is egotistical. Just look at his other reviews, I wish I had reviewed him prior. Take the time to find a different provider.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Dr. Ly Nguyen’s clinic in St. Cloud. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the condition of the building—some letters were missing from the clinic’s signage, which gave off a very unprofessional impression. I have been trying to get a hold of the Dr Dustin Ly and they never connect me, i have follow up on June 6th 202, but I need blood work prior to the follow up, so we compare data, i don't have the referral, and the receptionist keeps telling me come in anyways, something about policies. Please can I get someone other than the receptionist to call me! Thank you.
I have been going to this clinic for the past five years and never have any issues. The staff are always professional and my health concerns are always addressed.
Worst doctor I ever had. Dr. Gaslighted me when I explained I wasn’t able to work due to my symptoms and pushed pills instead of finding out the problem. Didn’t refer me to a specialist I made my own appt with rheumatologist to seek further evaluation after months of numerous visits with him and no solutions while I went downhill.
