The whole experience from the time my son and I walked through the door was on point, the greeting, the kindness and most of all the physical my son had with Dr Ly! We both immediately knew as soon as he walked into the room that he would be our Dr. from that day forward. Dr. Ly listens to you carefully and he gets to the point of your question, he’s just a really cool Dr., my visit with him is coming up and I feel seen already. Thank you Dr. Ly and Office Staff!
Terrible service at desk. Went back and forth with my medical plan which shows the doctor is in the plan. Person at desk tells yes then no then they will confirm and call me back. I never received that call.
