My mom called to schedule an appointment after her PCP referred her and was yelled at by the receptionist because she didn’t understand the difference between Medical plan vs medical group. Then the receptionist just hung up on her. Not all patients are medically literate in how insurance plans work. Your staff should be trained on their people skills better. No one deserves to be spoken to like that.
Thank you Dr. Lee for your outstanding service and care. His level of skill, precision and care is unmatched. My surgery went smooth and his technique left me with less scarring.

Worst doctor office you can go to they change my appointment twice in January then to day when I was at the office even that I went 30 minutes before my appointment they had emergency again but ok that’s fine emergency is priority I totally understand that but this is the third time besides they ask for referral authorization every time you go even if your a patient if you can find a other doctor office I recommend you to go elsewhere
