My experience with Dr. Dustin J. Farris, DMD's office, particularly regarding billing, has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. In the latter part of 2023, I underwent a series of dental procedures, including the installation of crowns. During this time, I was informed that my insurance would likely cover one crown, leaving me with an out-of-pocket expense of $5000. I'm a nervous dentist-goer and this was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! My hygienist was funny, personable, and educational and didn't make me feel bad at all that it had been a minute since my last cleaning. They got me back on schedule for dental care without issue! The dentist himself was joking and chatting like they've all known me forever. I really appreciate this place!
