I went to dustin coupal for glacoma operation i layed on a cot for dam near 3 hrs before he got me in and then there wasnt enough freezing or it wore off before i got in and he hurt me on the table, and then the next day i went for a follow up appt and here i sit for another 2 hrs and so a few days later i went for another follow up and here i sit for another 2 hrs,what is the point of having an appt when u have to wait hrs on end to get in,i am fed up with this guy and i need cateract surgury i guess i will have to go else ... read more
Appointment for Sunday at 10:00. Four others that the SAME appointment. To decide who went first Dr. Coupal asked us each what the problem was, right in front of each other. I had to wait over 45 minutes. I was horrified at the total lack of professionalism. I would NEVER go back and would actively discourage others from using this “eye car specialist “.
