I am the caregiver of someone I took to an appointment to Dr.Coupal . I was highly insulted with a comment made in regards to eye drops prescribed back in April 2025 for 1 drop 4 times daily, he said he would never prescribe 4 times a day,that maybe I should have home care. Incredibly disrespectful even if I was incorrect, which I was not as the instructions on the label stated 1 drop 4 times daily. I expect a apology.

I have been seeing Dr Couple for many years for glaucoma and other problems, he is a wonderful Dr. friendly, understanding he listens to your concerns very knowledgeable, I could go on, needless to say I would not go to anyone else. Thank You Dr Couple
