Dr. Patel at Sumner Dental Group is the real deal. I had a crown done yesterday, and the entire experience was about as smooth as it gets. Dr. Patel is not only a great dentist, but also just a genuinely cool guy (bonus points for participation with his secret handshakes). The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly on top of their game. I had to change dentist, cause of new insurance. This was close to home,calming atmosphere, smiling faces, and Alexis helped with the childhood fear I had she knew her stuff. Thanks to everyone. Dr. Patel explained what ideas would be best. Then Alexis told me I would be fine and I trust her.
Dr. Patel & his staff made me very comfortable. I have had some traumatic experiences at other dentist offices. Everyone was so nice & helpful from the time I walked in til I walked out. He will be my dentist from now on. Jordan, Taylor & Jackie were awesome while helping me with everything, from the time I walked in til I walked out. Thank You All.
The front desk is friendly and all the equipment is new. They even make crowns in office which meant I was able to be prepped and have a new permanent crown placed in the same appointment...which was convenient. I appreciated the time and care with which the dentist made sure to numb my mouth. However, the dentist did turn my chipped tooth into a full on tooth replacement, which was not really what I was expecting or wanting.
