Refused to see me because I had recently been to the dentist 10 days . I was told they wasn't sure they would get paid with Fidelis care... Told them I would call, but they still refused service. Everytime I use Fidelis the dentist office somehow finds away to refuse service, you cant even use a normal tone cause they will refuse service with the excuse that you were rude or disruptive.
Dr. Sahawneh is the best dentist by a mile. I’ve been coming to his office for the past year and he is an outstanding professional, but an even better human being. He cares about his patients on a level I haven’t experienced before, not to mention, he makes you super comfortable before he begins working on your teeth. Additionally, his office staff is also the best, makes you laugh, keeps you comfortable, and in a way, makes you look forward to your visits.
