5/14 Called about FMLA paperwork, faxed it to office. Told to fax it, it will be faxed back. 5/16 No fax received, called and was told to pick it at appt while at appointment. 5/21 Had DR appt, went to pick it up while there, told to fax it again, this time filled out. 5/22 Sent fax second time. 5/23 Sent THIRD fax and called to make sure they got the last 2 faxes. “It’ll be done by the end of the day.” 5/29 Called “it’ll be done by the end of the day.” 6/6 Spoke with Tina extension 3 6/6/2025. “Paperwork will be faxed today... read more

They were so nice and very professional, they returned my call within 24 hours had an appointment within 24 hours. The staff was awesome very nice and professional. They got me in a room before my appointment time The Dr came in within a few minutes he was very nice and professional he explained to me what he wanted to do and what test he wanted to run on me and I have have had several mini strokes as well as 3 heart attacks , 2 bypasses that failed, 21 stents in heart and was referred to heart transplant Dr from my heart Dr... read more

I took my adult daughter to Dr Nguyen at the recommendation of a Dr friend. He was timely, compassionate, & through. My daughter has a long history of migraines. Dr Nguyen took the time to go through her entire history & is working with us to find a solution.

The Office staff is unprofessional. Do not return calls, had billing problems, are very hostile when expressing concerns. Canceled more appointments then keep.
