Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous

I felt uncomfortable with Dr. Duncan. He asked too many personal questions and took jabs at my weight in an unprofessional way. Nothing about his office or staff is impressive.

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

I've only seen Dr. Duncan twice and both times was good to me. His support staff on the other hand, could use some lessons in manners and kindness.
