I am so sorry to hear that Dr McCall is retiring. I see his PA and think she is wonderful. Now she is transferring to Mooresville and I HATE driving to Mooresville. I would be happier if she transfered to Hickory.
Absolutely awful doctor. First visit was good, I felt I got lots of information. Follow up? Horrible. Brought up how my blood work had changed in the matter of a week, he said it was normal for it to do that, which it isn't. Was very short and curt with me. Tried prescribing me a medication thats noted in my chart I'm allergic to it. Which, he said it was never in my chart that I had an "allergy". Do I want a life long disease? Heck no. You need to get a refill on you meds .you might have a problem with getting the staff to answer the phone ,or they might just be rude to you!
I was a little unsure of going here after my first visit but I've been numerous of times now and the nurses I interact with have always been super kind and understanding with me, and Dr.mccall ended up being a very good doctor that I'm comfortable with. He got things going, took care of me, got me back on medicine asap!
